Thursday evening I made an online order for food to be delivered to my place, the nearest KFC was PAN in Alexandra, however it took over an hour and then they cancelled my order while waited for over an hour starving. I decided to place another one using Bolt Food from KFC in Lyndhurst, the delivery guys was coming from Sandton, on the GPS tracker he was in one place for a good 45 min without moving, I asked support to change the driver or cancel my order again since Its almost 2 hours waiting for food. I went to buy food, and told Bolt Support to cancel the order as its not required since I lost interest, after 3 hours I got a notification to say the order was delivered. I phoned the driver and he advised me that the support team told him its cancelled, but funny thing is on the app its said that its delivered. When I inquired with Bolt Food support, they told me the food was never delivered, and thats the end, nothing about my refund, I am still waiting for my refund of R268. I sent multiple emails and no one bothers to come back to me.
