Please do not take your car to Bosch Gezina. I took my car to Bosch in October for a cam belt service and to change the clutch kit and parting with R23k, Little did I know that it was the beginning of a nightmare. Within hours of collecting the car, it blew the top gasket and they do not want to take responsibility for that. I have reported them to MIOSA but that process takes months and we are on month 2 and I now don't have a car, Bosch thought it best to remove my car from their workshop floor. Please don't believe d the Google reviews, nothing good comes from them.

Please do not take your car to Bosch Gezina. I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at Bosch Car Services in Gezina. What started as a routine visit to service my car turned into a nightmare. While my car was in their care, they drove it and were involved in an accident. To make matters worse, their response was nothing short of appalling.The manager refused to speak with me and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. Instead of offering assistance or even a shred of empathy, I was left stranded without a car or any form of transportation. I had to make my own arrangements to get home, as they showed no intention of helping me. The way I was treated was inhumane and completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected accountability and professional service, but instead, I was met with indifference and neglect. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. A business that cannot take accountabilty for its actions and treat its customers with basic decency does not deserve your trust.

When people write reviews don't ever think it won't happen to you, I.made that mistake. Bosch Gezina has good reviews on Google and their website but those reviews are not about the car services are reviews about reception and admin. After they are done with your car is another thing. I brought my car there and after collecting it I realised that the bonnet rod holder clip was removed. I came to Bosch and Johan said he will request the mechanic to look for it and he will call me back. Monday I called and he told me they are still looking and that they actually don't think that my car had one before. There's no way that my car didn't have it I would have known and I won't ask for what my car didn't have before. I think that clip was intentionally removed possibly to put to their own car or their friends car. It is unfair and very sad that such a big company will do such a thing especially after I paid so much money. One will really think that Bosch Gezina will be a sincere car service company especially with your Google reviews but no they take advantage of people. All I'm asking is that you give that rod holder, Bosch do not have a right to remove parts of anyone's car irrespective of how small the part is because it was placed there for a reason.

I booke my car for dignosis and received an appalling service from consultant named Pieter. Lack of communication, my car spent 2 days at the workshop and still couldn't get a proper diagnosis. The guy was speculating the diagnosis as I asked him questions and writing with a pen, estimating prices. I have never been so disappointed like that. I paid R650 for *******.... nxa!

Delt with a gentleman by the name of Lukas, I have a Honda Ballade 2016 cvt which I bought from Citton cars; it has been having an issue with the car sometimes cutting out on cold start. Lukas has been available and has been assisting me with the issue with no hassles. He is professional and thus far has alleviated alot stress behind buying a car as they spare no expense in fault finding and assisting the client. Hats off to the Bosch Gezina team. I would highly recommend them should you have any issues that are vehicle related.
