As much as I was disappointed in Naked for increasing my premium and excess even though I have never claimed which this has now caused me to move to a different insurer, The support and assistance I received from Trent G was nothing short of exceptional, well worded, clear and concise. Delt with a gentleman by the name of Lukas, I have a Honda Ballade 2016 cvt which I bought from Citton cars; it has been having an issue with the car sometimes cutting out on cold start. Lukas has been available and has been assisting me with the issue with no hassles. He is professional and thus far has alleviated alot stress behind buying a car as they spare no expense in fault finding and assisting the client. Hats off to the Bosch Gezina team. I would highly recommend them should you have any issues that are vehicle related.
Pathetic customer support the provide incorrect details to client and do not assist at all, it's cheaper and fast to rather us take alot delivery, or even the damn post office in comparison to this couriers iv order international items that have had more progress than this, Just goes to show everything in this country is absolutely useless but what should one expect when it's run by a useless government. People follow by example and if the entire state is failing it makes sense why companies provide mediocre assistance and have no pride in their work, I'll never advise this courier service to anyone, rather go with, prago delivery, DHL, buffalo, or post office.

I Spoke to Joyce from their Hatfield office to arrange a viewing with a pathetic agent by the name of Francios the viewing was scheduled for 14:30 in which i took time off of work to go and view only to be left for 30min with not even so much as a whats app I called the Agent and he stated that he was helping another client, most pathetic rental agency alive they cant even arrange viewing properly to a point where they inconvenience other peoples time, Over and above all of this we have confirmed the viewing 3 times the day before as well as phoned Joyce to confirm yet again in the morning at 10, but still they have no common curtsy to even let interested renters know that they will need to move up the viewing. even after i used my airtime to call the idiot of a agent. just take this into account when viewing properties listed by huurkor if they cant even keep to a simple appointment how will they respond if there is a damage that they need to attend to in any unit, i would never recommend anyone tenant/owner rent from these people as they have no pride for their company, no respect for people and they are the most disorganized rental company ever, i will never recommend Huurkor to any or my family or friends even if that means paying more for rentals with a agency that actually runs properly.
Jason Snyman! Thank you for your prompt and professional assistance, you really de-escalated the situation very well. The sales rep my order was put off too had not informed me of anything in 3days to a point where i called in to find out what is going on, Call 1 - lady tells me that the sales rep will send me a email 24H later, still no email nor has my order even been processed, (NO HELP AT ALL) Call 2 (Jason) - he provide me with the new shipping amount and less than10 min later the order is being processed, (WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO ASSIST) Reps like Jason are the only reason id come back to buy off the site, Much appreciated man, I hope your service does not go unnoticed by management

Probably the most prompt and professional sales person in the department , i have spoke to 3 different call center reps and non of them are half as good as Tebogo. I called in and informed him on the situation within 10 min he called the branch responsible, informed the supervising manager of the situation and made a plan to get the package delivered, he understood the frustration on my end and actually showed empathy (something that non of the other call center agent do at all). i really appreciate the service you have provided Tebogo and from a customers perspective it really shines a good light on RAM as a company. if any ram managers read this, these are the type of employee's you need. People that actually try to assist the client not people that brush the work off so they have less to do. I have not yet received my product, and this review is not on the receiving of the parcel, its for the brilliant service that one Mr Tebogo provided. hopefully my parcel comes soon many thanks to Tebogo for helping out!!!!!!!!
Great work by Francis! Go to man for any work that needs to be done!! Also complements to Jacque one ofnthe floor managers, i might of been abit difficult but he provided excellent client service, The great work is much appreciated and will be sure to refer future business also excellent after sale service!
if there is one car care clinic i would recommend that would me the on in menlyn retail! The branch owner is straight up and their work is A class hats off and ill be sure to refer more business!!
