I am changing my review to zero. Unfortunately I have realised after few days that the badge of my car was removed for what reason I DO NOT KNOW. I was told it will be send to me by their driver now after some time I am told that I should bring my car to them to put it back. Why will drive from Pretoria to Johannesburg for their mistake after they kept my car for the whole month.
Great service from start to finish! I was in a minor accident and had to take my car in for repairs. My insurance picked this place. my car stayed there for just over a month, and honestly, I hated the waiting. But it was so worth it in the end! They kept me updated the whole time, letting me know what was happening. When I finally got my car back, it looked brand new—just like the day I first got it, there’s literally no evidence of even a scratch!!Super happy with how everything turned out! I can say they did more than repairs, they RENEWED my car. Nomthandazo was my service advisor, ohhh what a young woman, from day one she would update me until the day I went to collect my car. Keep up the good work Nomti. Thank you Renew it for giving me my new car back.

When people write reviews don't ever think it won't happen to you, I.made that mistake. Bosch Gezina has good reviews on Google and their website but those reviews are not about the car services are reviews about reception and admin. After they are done with your car is another thing. I brought my car there and after collecting it I realised that the bonnet rod holder clip was removed. I came to Bosch and Johan said he will request the mechanic to look for it and he will call me back. Monday I called and he told me they are still looking and that they actually don't think that my car had one before. There's no way that my car didn't have it I would have known and I won't ask for what my car didn't have before. I think that clip was intentionally removed possibly to put to their own car or their friends car. It is unfair and very sad that such a big company will do such a thing especially after I paid so much money. One will really think that Bosch Gezina will be a sincere car service company especially with your Google reviews but no they take advantage of people. All I'm asking is that you give that rod holder, Bosch do not have a right to remove parts of anyone's car irrespective of how small the part is because it was placed there for a reason.
I have done Payshap from STD BANK to Capitec, I never received that money and Capitec confirmed with STD BANK that the money was received but I never received it. The Capitec Agent will drop my calls and one insisted that the money was received which is not true. My Payshap money was never received. This is really sad that rumors were always there about Capitec and I never believed that it is true that money get lost from Capitec Bank. Today I know it is true. It's unfortunate how people we always believe bad things when they happen to us but when warned by others we always think that they are lying.
I used services from Supersonic in 2021 and canceled the service in January 2022. I communicated the cancelation process with them and received and an email confirmation that my supersonic account - will be deactivated on the 2022/01/31 . that the month of January serves as your one calendar month notice period. Their courier collected Supersonic router therafter. I heve never heard from Supersonic since intil now when the collection company calls me to say that supersonichanded me over for not paying. What services was I supposed to be paying for and why didn't they ever contacted me or email statements. They are *****ulent. DO NOT USE SUPERSONIC OR YOU WILL SUFFER FINANCIAL *********ING.
