disappointment
very disappointed had my sons birthday there a week ago booked a month in advance,came there whole time looking for my booking a while ... Finally getting it ,sit down and there the pool close with a temperature of 32... Couldn't they just phone before hand to let me know because i booked. So they busy with Deep cleaning,jumping castle not up had to ask i took 15kids along.besides the food we didn't enjoy ourselves so we ate and left and kids had to come swim at home so disappointed wont go again. Such a long drive for nothing

****** Manager (Nelles )ruin kids party
I booked a reservation for my daughter's party a month in advance for 18 kids and 10 udults.I went to the restuarant the day before just to make sure everything is good.On the day of the party I arrived 3 hrs before the time to set up.The staff showed me my tables and everything was good to go.When my guest started arriving this rude ****** Nells Manager tell my guest to move from the table as he is expecting other guests,he say they should all squeeze in the one table or he can organise 2 other tables without umbrellas(it's 31 degrees) .All the staff members and Sam (Manager) told him that is my table as they have been assisting me the day before already but he said he doesn't care and I will not be using his table and he will make sure someone get fired for this(he is also shouting at staff in front of us for doing their jobs right). The staff did all they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible(Chante, my waiter was amazing). If you don't want Black people in your restuarant dont take our money,hate us and our money.You are ****ing on South Africa progress to create a diverse nation.You made my guests very uncomfortable and none of the parent will even consider coming there again.

Unhappy resident of Bhurhein
I heard about yesterday incident of a 4yr old drowned in a pool and died. I wasn't there but it's very disturbing. There is no age limit for swimming? Or anyone who could have helped a drowning kid.

Bad experience as i visited there for the first time. Drinks order took about 30+ min and the food....o.m.w....it took around 1h30min and when quering they said they first serve a group of 20 pax but i saw a group of 4 pax which came after us but their food were served before us. As we left shortly after our meals one guy and his lady were so drunk shouting to a lady and the staff just look on. The food are great though but the service and safety are a big problem for me. Never can i wait that long for my food

Unsatisfied with explanation on food portion
My wife and I ate at BOSSA Buhrein on the 19th Oct, we ordered steak and chips that we normally order at any Bossa. We literally received 8 chips each, upon enquiring from the manager we were informed that the portion of chips has been reduced due to head office trying to save on food cost. This is not fair as we are still paying same amount of money for reduced portions.

My wife and I ate at BOSSA Buhrein on the 19th Oct, we ordered steak and chips that we normally order at any Bossa. We literally received 8 chips each, upon enquiring from the manager we were informed that the portion of chips has been reduced due to head office trying to save on food cost. This is not fair as we are still paying same amount of money for reduced portions.
