I booked a reservation for my daughter's party a month in advance for 18 kids and 10 udults.I went to the restuarant the day before just to make sure everything is good.On the day of the party I arrived 3 hrs before the time to set up.The staff showed me my tables and everything was good to go.When my guest started arriving this rude ****** Nells Manager tell my guest to move from the table as he is expecting other guests,he say they should all squeeze in the one table or he can organise 2 other tables without umbrellas(it's 31 degrees) .All the staff members and Sam (Manager) told him that is my table as they have been assisting me the day before already but he said he doesn't care and I will not be using his table and he will make sure someone get fired for this(he is also shouting at staff in front of us for doing their jobs right). The staff did all they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible(Chante, my waiter was amazing). If you don't want Black people in your restuarant dont take our money,hate us and our money.You are ****ing on South Africa progress to create a diverse nation.You made my guests very uncomfortable and none of the parent will even consider coming there again.

I placed an order online for groceries and left a note that I will collect at the Woolworths at the Cape Town Airport since you don't deliver in my area I then got a call to confirm they cant deliver at the Woolworths at the airport and I eventually opted for my delivery to be sent to my workplace My Woolworths online order has just arrived and everything is wet My delivery came to my workplace all wet and with no packages .Im sitting here not knowing how to carry my wet groceries I have things like Jungle Oats and Weetabix in the groceries that are all damaged and cant be used . The cans are all peeling off.everything just looks disgusting Even the paper towels are wet, the courier guy advised me that they always get complaints when delivering Woolies groceries I'm really not happy about your service and I'm not sure if I should just throw away all the water damaged goods ORDER NUMBER o729581322 DELIVERY DATE: 2019-07-29
