Unfortunately I am writing yet another complaint about Bossa. They have supposedly updated their app to include a scan feauture off your bill, to prevent *****, but alas, my purchase garnered a points total of 0.00. They staff admit someone has been blocking clients off the app and other waiters *****ing points. managers dont even have the decency to come to the table to rectify the issue, they ignore you and walk away (Mike for example) the other manager never got my bill/points sorted out either. I'm disgusted to say the least and will BOYCOTT this ********* and unhelpful establishment.
