After a 6 week hiatus I popped into Bossa this evening. The order for 2 glasses of wine took over 40min with 3 requests to bar staff and waitresses as to where our order was. Excuses about not having wine glasses to it being with bar staff (who were on phones and chatting amongst themselves. Eventually we got our order and a friend bought ****tails, which again we had to follow up on 3 times. Tried asking for the bill, which took well over 25 minutes and another request to bar staff and waitress. Then I was told I cant pay a wine glass of R89 (for mind you, a glass of box wine) with my R150 vouchers as I hadnt exceeded R100 purchase. I asked them to deduct R100, which they refused to do. I forwarded a complaint to Cammie Fernandez who handled my previous complaints about points allocation of well into R500 owing previously, only to be accosted by a manager IN MY CAR in the PARKING LOT asking me why I complained ... Wow !! Bossa, your service sucks the drinks are watered down (we have proved this with external tot glasses) and the way the manager handle situations leaves a lot to be desired. Coming to MY CAR after i say I am not returning again ? Creepy as anything. Yuck, what a bad taste in my mouth. I'm sorry I came to see your so called renovations in the hope fo having a nice evening. I most certainly did not.
