2 weeks after going to Bossa for dinner, my reward points are still not reflecting on my app. I have called 7 times, been in to the restaurant 3 times, left my number with 3 managers in store, as well as with head office. A second visit to Bossa for burgers, also showed no points allocated to my app. They claim there are app problems but no one bothers to fix it, call me back, or correctly allocate my points. I got one random allocation on a day I did not visit the restaurant, for R3,30 (what costs R3.30?) and despite being a,loyal and regular client they dont seem to be bothered to sort it out. VERY disappointed all round. Head office also didnt bother to give feedback.
