I’ve always had great experiences at other Bossa branches, so we came here with high expectations. Sadly, this was hands-down the worst restaurant experience I’ve had in a long time.
We waited an absurd amount of time for our food, with no updates, no apology, nothing. And when it finally arrived, it was cold. Not just slightly off, but stone cold. The deep-fried items were especially bad: cold, rubbery, and tasted like they'd been sitting out for hours.
The service was a complete disaster. The staff couldn’t have cared less. No one checked in with us. We had to get up and call the manager just to find out where our food was. If we hadn’t, we’d probably still be sitting there waiting.
The setting may be beautiful, but even that couldn’t salvage the experience.
Zero sense of urgency. Zero accountability. Zero customer care. For the prices they charge, this kind of service and food quality is an absolute joke.
We left hungry, frustrated, and completely unimpressed. I won’t be back and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even as a last resort.
