Don't keep to their own rules
Due to unforseen cirmcumstances I fell behind on premium payments, i received a letter with a due date and amount, I made full payment on the due date, thereafter Brightrock still took a premium the following month and then 4 days later cancelled my policy. They now refuse to reinstate without medical underwritng even after staff informed me the policy had been cancelled by accident. I met their requirements but they don't stick to their word or procedures. Terrible service.

18 Mar 2025, 10:37Thank you, I have sent the email to brightrock where it says if I pay by the 17th my policy suspension will be lifted, which I did, so I hope that the policy is reinstated.
