I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response regarding my policy enquiry with BrightRock. I first requested assistance in September 2024 to extend the age limit on my policy, and despite several follow-ups, I have received no feedback.
I have also made multiple attempts to contact Bradley, the advisor assigned to me, but he has been completely unresponsive. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for something as important as a policy adjustment.
I kindly request that this matter be escalated to someone who is willing and capable of assisting me. I expect prompt action and clear communication moving forward.
BrightRock, please address this issue urgently.
