Extremely Disappointed – Soggy Pizzas & Poor Service

I’m beyond disappointed with my recent order from Butlers Pizza. I ordered the Meaty Foursome and the Hero Pizza, expecting the quality they claim to offer, but what I got was an absolute disaster.

First off, the delivery took 45 minutes, which is way too long for a pizza place that prides itself on fast service. When the pizzas finally arrived, they were lukewarm, soggy, and falling apart—completely inedible. It was obvious they had been sitting around for ages before being delivered.

To make matters worse, when I called to complain, I was met with zero concern and no attempt to fix the situation. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, making it clear that they don’t care about their customers’ experience.

For the price they charge, this level of service and food quality is completely unacceptable. If this is how Butlers Pizza operates now, I won’t be ordering from them again. Sort it out!
