I was discontinued my contract with c connect and they still want to deduct money on my bank account. I stated it as unauthorized on my capitec banking app.

I have tried to reach out to Blue Label connect and c-connect numerous times. Since I started with my phone contract. Debit orders are on wrong dates. The airtime does not get loaded. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no avail. Also no one get's back to me. I have tried and keep on being debited for a phone i told them is not the phone i needed.

No stars - been deducting for more than 2years now r449. Called or try calling them always escalating problem never getsback to you. Bought vouchers via ussd and their app money went from my bank account butnow voucher numbers

I call their customer service number after I was advised by FNB that the ussd code for EWALLET IS BLOCKED BY MY SERVICE PROVIDER. I spoke to 4 different people who could not help me even their team leader who be littled me.

I canceled my acc by them 3 months ago and so var they have taken the funds out of my account for the last 3 months it has caused me to call them to refund the money 3 times they tell me it has been canceld but the debit order has not been canceld and money still is taken of my acc

This is the worst service ever got a contract in December and it were nothing like what they explain I cancelled it 2 days later now they debit my account every month and every month I have to call in for my refund yes they refund the money but who pays for the time spend on the phone with them and who pays for the call its nothing less then 10 mins every time and when they drop the call you have to call and spend more of your airtime on them very disappointed
