I visited Nedbank in Khayelitsha I am very disappointed, they had zero interest in helping me. Zero customer service, zero work ethic I am disgusted how I was treated. I went there because I was ****med me Uconnect and I needed help cancelling the debit check. Unfortunately the light complexion lady in help desk was not interested in helping, I currently have four funeral covers with them and I am thinking of cancelling them after the experience I received and I move my salary to Capitec Bank.
One of their agents called me and told me about the sum card and package they told me to approve the debicheck after that I can collect my SIM card at clicks with a reference until today I have not received an sms with the reference number. And it appears on my banking app as approved. I want to cancel this with immediate effect I even changed my salary to another bank because Uconnect is a ****!!!!!
I called old mutual superfund department spoke to Chloe Jade and also emailed her still did not get any assistance towards my claim. I wanted to log on their portal her lack of prompt response is very alarming.
I call their customer service number after I was advised by FNB that the ussd code for EWALLET IS BLOCKED BY MY SERVICE PROVIDER. I spoke to 4 different people who could not help me even their team leader who be littled me.

Worst service ever!!!! I called them @08:45am and they kept on putting me throught to different department finally I spoke to Buhle who didn't even want to assist or hear me out he just put me throught to RTT receptionist "Carmenita" who also was not helpful at all. All I wanted to do was to findout when can I expect my delivery.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I called the funeral cover customer service to findout the status of my policy and the lady was rude not helpfull at all. I am disgusted by her level of customer service as I still need answers about my policies with Standard Bank.
After I reported my card ****** and block my card on my app yesterday I have unknown charges up to R383. And reference is honouring fees for what ?
Called Capitec Bank funeral several times no response they keep on rejecting the call. I just paid my premium in infull now they say I did not pay 0685955428
