I have tried to reach out to Blue Label connect and c-connect numerous times. Since I started with my phone contract. Debit orders are on wrong dates. The airtime does not get loaded. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no avail. Also no one get's back to me. I have tried and keep on being debited for a phone i told them is not the phone i needed.
I ordered via ASAP this morning. No delivery. When I called i waited for ages, I wonder what that airtime cost. I eventually phoned Ferndale on republic as my app showed. They were very helpful but didn't know my order. They tracked it to William Nicol. What a **** show. I spoke to two people in charge which didn't even call back. (Fortune and Nontando) I called numerous times but never got feedback. I am utterly disappointed. Make sense if you look at the share drop. Quick to take money slow to deliver if at all!
Braam Fisher Kengsington B Branch.Good day, I was just at your establishment. I tried to order..... I repeated myself 4 times over the microphone. The lady was/is terrible and when i got to the window i confirmed my order(AGAIN) then my card was swiped for 4 orders. I am in marketing of numerous companies and that service was horrible. Wait it gets worse!!!!! The manager came for a override. No communication. Not sorry sir for the mix up. The manager said nothing.... His name is Thabang. The service today showed me that your establishment obviously don't need my business. I have told numerous people to ignore KFC up the road and go to you. I am so shocked that 27 % of our country is unemployed and the people that are is unapologetic and entitled. Please handle your staff and useless managers.
This is the worst car dealer I have ever had to deal with . I purchased a car from them less than 2 months ago and started having issues with the car within less than 7 days . The dealer is one of the rudest people that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with . The issues with car have NOT been resolved . I purchased the vehicle for a new business. I have a doggy parlour. out business depends on collections and now we standing. 2 months still no number plates. buyer beware never buy here.
I purchased a vehicle less than 2 months ago and am already having serious issues . The car started giving me issues within the first week .The dealer is one of the rudest people that I have ever met . I asked him to please assist as there was an issue with the vehicle but he told me to leave his business premises without giving me recorse . I am now sitting with NO car with a business that depends on collections . My installment is still coming off but there is no car . I feel that it is irresponsible for Wesbank to do this ; we are a new business and this is really hurting us . we average about 6-7 collections a day so this is a great imposition . Wesbank should not be in the business of financing faulty cars to customers . further to the above I have had the car for 2 months and still have no number plates !
Good day I am being treated completely unfairly about debt that I do not even believe is mine and charged a interest rate that is completely unlawful by MCS Debt recovery. (0315377500) They are trying to collect from me for Telkom. I had an account years ago that I paid in full. I moved and years later contacted by MCS Debt recovery telling me that I owe an outstanding amount. Unfortunately I can’t prove I was paid in full as I changed banks. My problem is in the years that they tried unsuccessfully to contact me a lot of interest was added to my account. They say I owe almost R3000 now and I see what was outstanding was just over R800.00 The person that I deal with is Kobash. I would like her and MCS debt recovery to be investigated as the interest charged cannot be in accordance with the law. The company constantly try to get me to pay. When I asked them to explain all the interest they say they will investigate. They then don’t follow up and then when they call again a month or two later same thing happens that there are more interest and they can’t explain the interest. Every time it is the same, they will investigate and when I ask them what is happening they are investigating on their side and while they do that I keep on accumulating interest. This matter has me credit listed and I cannot purchase a house. The company offer not help or assistance and they just keep on charging me. I am at a loss for words and don’t know where to turn?
