Excellent service that far exceeded our expectations
Excellent service that far exceeded our expectations. Andrew and his team went out of their way to come up with a build spec to suit our unique needs, and spent countless hours at their own cost putting together various builds and testing them to make sure they worked 100%. We were a bit apprehensive & nervous because this was an expensive server at R110k and we are located in Durban whilst they are in Gauteng. So it was purchased unsighted. But they delivered as promised and everyhting worked perfectly. Very happy with C2KIT and would definitely recommend them

C2kit tik all the right boxes
This is 1 company that stands out not only for referbished laptops but awso for amazing customer service.......... So if u want pease and not problems in ur life ur best bet would be to do business with c2kit they give exceptional service

C2KIT hopefully competent with abacus
This crowd does not know their **** from their elbow. Tried to login there to buy their stuff, mission impossible. Been registered with them before, but trying to log or reset password is a main challenge. They send you blank page to link to reset. When queried they give all sorts of excuses. They should be better selling abacuses, or am I overrating their abilities.

C2KIT Computer Supplies sell dud computers!
I purchase Re-manufactured Dell laptop E5440 from C2KIT. They advertise their re-manufactured computers as good as new or better. Not so. Laptop I got had defective keyboard and had to be returned under warranty. When I got a replacement a few days later it worked initially in my office, but later when I took it home and tried to switch it on, it was dead. Not even a DELL start up screen shows, but power button is lit up. The laptop is dead. If this is as good as new or better item, then I have no trust in C2KIT company. Avoid !

Can we end this endless cat and mouse game
Hello Andrew I have no other option than to try and reach out to you like this After so many emails and getting no proper answers to my questions let me try again. I was not happy with the Laptop you sent me, I returned it the next day and ever since it has been a cat and mouse game trying to get a refund. As discussed charge me your 15% or whatever the postage and fees cost and please can I get the rest refunded as per your Terms and Conditions. Did it have to go this way? Can it just end now please.
