I canceled my Telkom account, and a debit order went off incorrectly. for two months after I had repeatedly asked via the chat line for the records to be updated. I have requested that the money be refunded and still NOTHING... Even more annoying than that is the fact that Telkom has listed me as a slow payer, and has not updated the records with the credit bureau in months. As a result, I cannot get any credit anywhere. I have been in contact with the credit Ubud and they also are struggling to reach Telkom to update the records. I AM FURIOUS!
I canceled my account with Telkom via email and received no response. I went into a Telkom store and was told be a very rude consultant that they do not handle any account queries, I should email... Or call the call center. I REFUSE to call the call center as no one ever answers. Finally, the line was canceled. But they did not cancel the debit order. I have been on their online chat for weeks and no one can give me the correct email address to send proof of this. I was given 2 wrong email addresses on this chat, that just bounced back. I have been kicked out of the chat on numerous occasions and wasted hours and hours. They have also listed me as a slow payer with my transunion. I cannot get hold of them as they are now offline apparently, no one will call me back. I need my money reversed, a letter confirming that the account has been closed and a letter or reversal of the slow payer with my transuinion, as the ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY CLOSED, I DID NOT PAY BECAUSE I WAS INCORRECTLY BILLED!
<p>I PURCHASED A LAPTOP FROM THEM AND STRUGGLED INSTALLING SOFTWARE. THEY LITERALLY SAT ON THE PHONE WITH ME TROUBLE SHOOTING PAST OFFICE HOURS AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. </p>
I have been emailing and calling Vodacom for over a month now requesting itemised billing for a particular time period. I have numerous reference numbers, as no one responds to any of my emails and I keep having to generate new requests.<br> <br> Shocking service? Rather like NO SERVICE. <br> <br>
I have just spent all my airtime on the phone to your call center! This is not the first time. My Landline has been broken for 3 weeks! Technicians come out and promise to hand it over to a supervisor and NO ONE gets back to me! You have billed me incorrectly and are sending me text messages to pay but when I call your accounts department they put me on hold and never ANSWER AGAIN! You don't answer the emails over your website! HERE IS THE REFERENCE NUMBER: 1204238449 TAKE IT FIX MY ACCOUNT CANCEL THE DATA PORTION SO I AM ONLY BILLED FOR A LINE. AND THEN CALL ME AND APOLOGIZE !
