My P86 watch battery lasted one year. I can't contact https://www.polaroid.co.za/ - site is down. After a lot of Google searches it seems that there is no service, parts or solution. Buyers beware.
I had two separate and unrelated claims recently. After the usual assessment, both claims were settled promptly and in full. The staff communicated often and I was kept in the loop the whole way. Well done Outsurance! I will recommend you any day.
A couple of complications but C2KIT were prompt in resolving them.
Serusha resolved my problem. She communicated periodically and updated me on progress.
MTN upgrade. Buy Mondo direct telephonic agent phones me to sell an upgrade. I am walking and talking and she runs through her high pitched sale with a myriad of details of different offers. I agree IN PRINCIPAL to accept her offer of upgrade SUBJECT to her emailing me the details of the offer before I accept the final airtime/data package. Very soon after, MTN contracts send me their terms and conditions without details of the offering (just giving meaningless codes relevant to the airtime/data offering). Then the couriers phone before delivery and I refuse to accept delivery on the basis that once I accept delivery I am committed to the contract while I still do not understand what I am accepting. I let the matter stand for a while waiting for Buy Mondo to question the issue of the return - which they did a week or so later. The gentlemen said he would look into the matter and revert to me the same day. He never did. Subsequently, I phoned Buy mondo and explained the matter. The call agent would also look into the matter. She never did. I have since sent 6 emails to ********** to which the do not acknowledge receipt of the email nor do they respond. Maybe their email address should be ********** However, I recommend that MTN steer well clear of this "partner". They aren't doing MTN's reputation any good.
<p>I have a monthly Vodacom data contract. I ran out of data and was unable to add data using the Vodafone data ****le menu. At Shoprite I purchased a prepaid data bundle (voucher ********** 9108) and was unable to redeem the voucher on the data modem, it said " Please wait while your code is varified ...." It never times out or redeems. On-line at MyVodacom did at one stage unsuccessfully pretend to accept the code but was unsuccessful. I made on-line contact to MyVodacom which was ignored.</p> <p>Recently, MyVodacom seems to have withdrawn this redemption fascility.</p> <p>Attempting toredeem the code via Vodacoms *100*01*pin# remains "unfinnished".</p> <p>Vodacom helpdesk acknowledges the voucher and agrees that it is valid and not yet redeemed and they cannot redeem on my behalf or credit my account. They also propose useless solutions while displaying their helplessness and ignorance in dealing with this issue. They refer me back to the vendor, Shoprite, which clearly states on the receipt that "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON AIRTIME".</p> <p>I accuse Vodacom for fraudently selling data vouchers without having the capacity or being capable of redeeming them.</p>
