Cabin Crew A ****?
My son registered for Tourism and Cabin Crew course. To date we paid around R200 000 for nothing. When he and others write tourism exams accredited by IATA, the system shuts them out. The academy distances itself to say IATA is an outside authority and they can not help or intervene in any way. My observation is that my son was in the tourism group which was new and they were doing trial and error with the group of 10. Most of the time they didn't even have a calendar. I'd push them for dates as I needed to fetch my son. They also didn't know the course duration. The Cabin crew is 2 months. They chose for my son the latest date. We were paying each time the date was not coming closer. My son refused to complete the cabin crew course repeatedly calling the whole thing a ****

Not a happy client
Many calls, emails and uploading necessary documents, except one statement for July 2024, however sent a BANK TRANSACTION HISTORY TO PROOF MY INCOME FOR JULY 2024, AS I UNDERSTAND A BANK TRANSACTION HISTORY IS LIKE A BANK STATEMENT I get rude replies from 2 consultants that a BANK TRANSACTION HISTORY ISN'T VALID HOWEVER CLEARLY ON THE TRANSACTION HISTORY THERE IS MY SALARY DEPOSIT!!!! THE CONSULTANTS AT CAPFIN AREN'T VERY HELPFUL AT ALL AND QUIET RUDE!!!! WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRANSACTION HISTORY OR STATEMENTS AS PROOF OF INCOME!!!! BOTH ARE SUPP**** FROM MY BANK!!!! MAYBE CAPFIN SHOULD RATHER START ASSISTING INSTEAD OF INSULATING CLIENTS!!!! Also I have being in good standing with capfin in the past to be treated this way today is unacceptable.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Be careful when doing business with this company. We went to repair their enormous generator where 7 other mechanics couldn't get it started. We got it started but there were other problems with it and we told the guy. Frans didn't want to spent more money on it, so we left after at least getting it running. We warned him it needed extensive work on the engine. In any event, he didn't let the two Directors know what was going on, so they never signed off on our invoice, and he **** over and over again why we weren't getting paid. So we are out of pocket R3,500.00 after muntiple trips there and back, our diesel and time. Don't trust these people to pay your bills unless the two Directors are involved!!! And don't try to run a business with inferior machinery you don't want to spend money on to keep it running optimally. A generator that size can cost tens of thousands of Rands to repair!
