Ridiculous service

I hate bad service with a passion. Ordered a cake on Monday the 25th requested a reference on Tuesday morning only 2 get a response on a public holiday on my work email Thursday morning to be told I can't be assisted they could not respond to my email on Tuesday because they were too busy. I think it is about time I move my business after supporting them for over 10 years.
