Wrong order

I bought hake and rice at Calamari Fisheries Promenade Mall. I specifically asked for Rice. The till lady that was assisting me she asked the lady at the back if they still have rice. The lady responded “yes”. To my surprise when I got home was given fries instead of rice. Tried to contact the store to address my disappointment. They responded a day later with “sorry lv, they made a mistake”

Oh what a disgrace 😒
