I booked a table for 18:00 at the Montecasino Portugalo Restaurant, but had to wait more than 15 minutes before being taken to a table that was unprepared . 20 minutes laterI went looking for a manager because no waiter had attended to us yet. He hastily took our order but it only arrived an hour later.

place my order @ 14h00 yesterday 27/10/2017 only receive my order @ 15h30 worst part is it was cold and very dry chicken and when I call the chop the lady by the name off Rosie indicated that the manager is not in no one is in charge only after 5 will be helped but she took my detailed and promised that the manager named Dino will call be off he didn't had to call back again @ 4h30 go the manager and arrange that he had to sent driver back to fetch wrong order of he did when the driver arrived here @ 4h45 that was so quick unlike me waiting 1 n half hrs for my order the driver refused to give my money back and on top he took 5r that was the change from my 100buck I called manager again Dino to explain he said he will call me back immediately the driver gets to their shop off he did do up until I called them again this morning @ 10h00 the manager told me he will not give my money back even if I can call the owner I shall not smell my money I asked him if they are franchising he sad no but they are using Carlit's menu and priced
