Our company ordered and paid for items 3 weeks ago. They present company reg docs, bank letters, etc. After payment is made they disappear and of course stock is never received. They trade as and trade under different company names so beware and do the checks

I hired a car in Cape Town SA, from Alamo via CarFlexi. They offered the best rates with added benefits for excess waivers. The refund of the excess was less than 24hours. The only downfall was that I had no idea where they were situated at the Cape Town airport and that Alamo shared an office with Europcar. Once I worked that all out, everything was great.
Once I found their office at Cape Town Int Airport, everything went amazing smoothly, the staff are friendly and have a great sense of humour. I was so thirsty after walking around the airport that their free bottles of water came in so handy. The car was is in tip top condition, was clean and smelled fresh. I'm not sure where it's mentioned that Alamo shares an office with EuropCar, but if this could be made more clear, it would be great. It could also have that I booked through CarFlexi that this was not made clear. The return procedure was ultra easy and convenient and took no time at all. Thank you to everyone at Alamo at CPT airport.

It really is a pity that the devices Netstar offers are outdated. Because of this I have opted in with another company. Perhaps this can be looked at to secure more sales.
I was contacted by Jerico Moodley who was referred to me by My Way Insurance. Jerico was very friendly and professional in explaining what Beame was offering and the advantages of this device. He was also quick in taking my details and repeating them back to me for confirmation. He also has a great sense of humour. The installation technician was with me within 30 mins of the call from the customer service centre and installation was done within 10 mins. The technician was also very friendly and professional.
