I am so sick of Avon/Justine!!! Someone fraudulently opened an account in my name and they still have not removed it from my credit report!!! What do I need to do to get this resolved
I am so sick of Avon!!! I had an account opened fraudulently in my name, I went through all the hassle of getting the documents to prove that I didn’t open the account, I finally get a letter saying that the account is fraudulent and they are updating experian, it’s been 2 months and it’s still not updated, my score just keeps dropping because of this ****!!! Honestly so so sick of the poor service!!! You email them and they don’t reply!! I don’t know what else to do!!! My cell number is attached to this complaint, please will someone pick up the phone and call me instead of replying your sweet nothings to my post!!
I had an account that was opened fraudulently on my name, I got all the documents and Avon/Justine sent me a letter saying the account was fraudulent and it will be removed from all credit bureaus, it’s now been a month and the account has still not been removed!!! Also mailed the fraud department on the 03/06 and still no reply! I’m honestly so sick of dealing with this coming
I am absolutely disgusted by Justine/Avon!!! This morning I went to check my credit score and I saw that I have arrears on my name of about R1 300 for a Justine account! Firstly, I work in the financial industry so having a good credit report is very important to me, secondly, I have never opened a Justine account. I tried to call the call center and they are unable to take calls during lock down, quite pathetic that you can’t divert calls in 2020, but anyway I email the address they give on the phone and the person who responds tells me to collect a whole list of documents? Funny how you can’t take calls but you expect your clients to go collect documents at the police station during lock down? Also why it is my problem that you let an account get opened without my authorization? This is pathetic!!! Then the person who responded to my mail tells me that I should wait until lock down is over, then the account will be in even more arrears, also she tells me she can’t help me if I don’t send the documents? I did not open the account, you did!! How does it now become my problem??? I would love to know who the agent is that opened this account? Also what will be done about this? Do you actually even realize how this impacts people’s credit score? If I wanted to buy a house or a car do you actually understand how this could affect that??
