Worse place to be
Worse place to make your groceries the service is so bad and the prices are so high, I was double debit and am still waiting for my fund it's been 3days but I was told Ill get my money in 24 hours. Present hyper in krugersdrop please do something with your service and communication skills.

Bad service from rain
Unfortunately not a good experience in this instance which is regrettable given that I've been a long standing and loyal customer to rain. During July I called rain because I no connection of which I made a payment and I was told my payment date was changed to the 1st of every month due to their system error, now when I start making my payment on the 1st I'm been told am behind with one month payment of July , that needs to be made on the 25/09/2024 and I have to pay again on the 1/10/204 and accordingly to me rain is not a contract It would be pay as you use, so if I did pay a certain month how am I owing rain. I'm at a level where am fed up with your service and consultants that keep dropping my calls when ask certain questions.
