I've been with Callsure for the last 5 years and, every so often I feel as though my patience is being tested. Let me just say, I have not missed a payment since I joined, however, that has not been a deciding factor in the service I get in return. I put a claim in over a month ago and after a week they responded asking for the details of the phone. I only saw the email a few days later when I found it in spam and responded the same day explaining that because the screen is cracked I can't get the IMEI number. 2 weeks pass and I still don't get a response. I complained to the ghosts on the other side who still didn't respond. I eventually find the IMEI number in the sim tray and sent it through. That was 2 weeks ago! There's no contact number or website!?
