Two issues have now come to my attention that I just can't ignore. The first problem was when they made a mistake on their system and priced takkies for R20. According to the CPA I was within my right to receive them as advertised but was told that an error was made resulting in my shoes not being delivered. Instead of complaining, I ordered a different pair. The pair was delivered but upon fitting them I discovered were too big. Now the fun part. The returns process is annoying in theory but I haven't had the chance to actually start it as their submit button leads nowhere. It doesn't work. Click till your thumb falls off, nothing will happen. I emailed them and with time on the return becoming a concern asking they comw back to me promptly. I have not receiveda ticket number nor a response and again,I'm running out of time.

Excellent service from Josina who made a magical moment from a previous miscommunication! Also the gentlemen who did the delivery courteously offered to take the old bed as a Red Cross donation and helped put the new one on the base (something I couldn't have done alone). Thank you! I look forward to peaceful, pleasant nights.
Very disappointed with the service received this far :( I've had back problems resulting from my current mattress and desperately have been shopping around for a new one. Out of the options Mattress Warehouse seemed like they would deliver the quickest so I went with them only to be told that stock was low and they would only deliver early the next week. On Monday I called for an update and was informed that delivery would definitely be done Wednesday. Today (being Wednesday) I receieve an early call to tell me they're fully booked and can only deliver tomorrow. When I tried to express my disappointment with their poor communication I was rudely interjected with useless excuses. If I knew my delivery would not be prioritized (as promised) I would've arranged to collect it.
Sarah went the extra mile by adding my new cell phone to my policy, changing my home address and applying my annual premium review! Thank you for your patience and friendliness Sarah!

I have struggled to cancel my contract for the last month after emails and phone calls with consultants who quickly ask for money in arrears but disappear when I request a cancellation. After 3 failed attempts to cancel my contract telephonically today, I emailed them and am still awaiting a response.
Zando's customer communication sucks! I had a voucher to use, went to checkout and as I was about to proceed to payment realised I needed to change the address, when I went back in it said the voucher had been used... The voucher expired at midnight tonight, there's no one to speak to, and even if there was someone they'd probably not know what to do. This is the 2nd time Zando's customer has let me down. I won't be shopping there again!
