Let's Thai and carmanettos is now robbing u with quantity

I buy very often from carmanettos. I have recently had many issues with the orders I placed. This week I ordered 2 x cashewnut noodle dishes. 1 was to be hot and 1 mild. I live an odd 35kms from the store. When I got home and opened up my meals the portions were half the usual size. I contacted the store and the manager said I was lying as he checked it himself. I stood there waiting for my meal and never saw anybody check anything but they insisted it was checked by 2 managers. The lady at the counter was complaining that they were short staafed and behind schedule with orders so that left me wondering how 2 managers checked my order!!! They then promised to call me the next day to get more info. 2 days later nothing has happened even tho I had reminded them on whatsapp. The service is pathetic The customer satisfaction is even worse. The level of quality in their food has stopped to less than 20% what it was. During the lockdown they were charging me an extra R30 to walk out of the store to hand me my meal!!! So guys I would think twice about spending so much on a meal thats so small. Its just not worth it anymore!!!
