Motus Ford pathetic after sales service
These guys do fake Cor on vehicles. I purchased a BMW m3 for over half a million Rands and received it with an oil leak bust shocks no handbrake and on delivery of the vehicle the dp Thenbokosi told me the repairs would be done. He even sent me an email stating so. Then he avoided my calls and messages. I reported him to the bank when he was contacted he called me immediately and said he will fix half the stuff which is bull**** as it's an unrodworthy vehicle. Dont buy a vehicle from here unless u want endless problems if they can sell a vehicle that's not legal on our roads and find an excuse to get away with it says it all. The sales person was a delight to deal with bt the dealer principal is an absolute nightmare and obviously doesn't have any knowledge of customer service or vehicles itself. Pathetic disappointment

Let's Thai and carmanettos is now robbing u with quantity
I buy very often from carmanettos. I have recently had many issues with the orders I placed. This week I ordered 2 x cashewnut noodle dishes. 1 was to be hot and 1 mild. I live an odd 35kms from the store. When I got home and opened up my meals the portions were half the usual size. I contacted the store and the manager said I was lying as he checked it himself. I stood there waiting for my meal and never saw anybody check anything but they insisted it was checked by 2 managers. The lady at the counter was complaining that they were short staafed and behind schedule with orders so that left me wondering how 2 managers checked my order!!! They then promised to call me the next day to get more info. 2 days later nothing has happened even tho I had reminded them on whatsapp. The service is pathetic The customer satisfaction is even worse. The level of quality in their food has stopped to less than 20% what it was. During the lockdown they were charging me an extra R30 to walk out of the store to hand me my meal!!! So guys I would think twice about spending so much on a meal thats so small. Its just not worth it anymore!!!

Backdoor cor at mma cars dont get caught!!!
I saw an advert for a mercedes c63 on the internet. I drove to the dealership and asked to see it and was told to come back as the car has some scratches and was out for polishing. When it came back i looked at it and wanted to buy i arranged my own finance and was told by the salesman Calvin that this would he fine. When i was approved i was told i cant arrange my own finance and that they will do it. Disheartened i agreed. I was told by the salesman on the day of taking delivery that i need to add a warranty and additional charges were to he added but i was refused a discount on the vehicle. His exact words "if u dont want it no problem i have another buyer" On day of delivery i was told to note on paper what i found to be wrong and this will all be fixed for me. I did so only to find out i was tricked into noting im aware of the faults and take the vehicle as is. The car passed a dekra cor with no jack wheelspanner and triangle!!! How is this legal??? I took the car back to the dealer and it sat with them for a month awaiting a pipe for repair. Its since been back for the very same repair 5 times and its still not fixed. They call their workshop a rmi approved workshop but cant fix an oil or water leak. Further to this when i got the car back my rear tires were torn from them doing wheelies and rims badly damaged with chunks out. Engine covers broken dents on the body and while driving the sump guard flew out. I called the dealer principal mike but he refused to take my calls. I had 2 fix it myself and keep going. I was then told that im ungreatful as they helped me when they didnt need to so they wont fix anything further. Also this car was accident damaged and i was told it was not by mike himself. It has pirate and 2nd hand parts that are not even ment for this car!!! How did dekra pass this car??? Buying from them was a nightmare!!! I advise anybody to stay far away. Rather go to smd and buy a smashed car you will be happier. These guys put glue to fix broken parts.

These guys run a mickey mouse operation with unprofessional employees that cant even reply to an email! I sent through an email after 1 month of joining to cancel cos of how pathetic the service is and they refused to cancel it. Dont get robbed buy these con artists!!! They dont provide legal services. They provide clown shows.

Pinetown cars sell s****s and dont honor their word so dont support them
I purchased a 2008 mazda bt50 doublecab from pinetown cars for R140000.00 (the full advertised price) Upon delivery(2months after purchase) the vehicle interior was literally falling apart . I had to leave it again and await delivery. Weeks later i picked it up and found it had major oil leaks and was smoking badly bare in mind this vehicle underwent cor that same week and PASSED. I was then told to bring it in and it will ve fixed . After keeping it fir 3 weeks and having nothing done i was told they are not willing to fix it cos it would cost too much. I then processed legally and was promised it would ve fixed. Its been about 6weeks now and they have done nothing but removed the injectors and sent it in for testing. Non of them take my calls now. These guys are not a reputation company to deal with . This has been an absolute nightmare. Im now looking at suing again.

Khans brake and clutch are Theives !!!
I purchased a clutch kit from khans in Clairwood. I was told if they fit it i will get a 1 year guarantee. Upon fitment damages to the value of R3000 were done to my vehicle. I was told it will be sorted out but never did. The clutch was faulty and the vehicle never worked a single day and i has to wait 2 months to get them back to fixing it. The 2nd time around more damages were done and i was told i need a new flywheel. My old flywheel was stolen by khan himself and resold to somebody when i asked for it he said it has "disappeared from his workshop (with cctv) and mabe i took it" These guys are theives and know nothing about clutches so please save yourself and dont go to them.

pathetic customer and aftersales service
I purchased a preowned bmw from the dealership in December 2014 took delivery around xmas.<br> found a number of defects on the vehicle both mechanically and physical appearance related.<br> i took the vehicle back 2 weeks later only to be told all the issues will be fixed within a week.<br> after approximately 3 weeks my vehicle was ready and i was assured a 2nd 20 point check was carried out rendering the vehicle perfect running order.a few days later the vehicle had recurring issues took it back and to date my vehicle hasn't been properly finished with work started in December 2014!<br> Management is now refusing to fix mess-ups made by themselves.<br> smg durban is possibly the WORST dealership in kzn! in the 8 months of owning this vehicle it sat in their possession for MORE than half that time!<br> Even with voice and written proof of their failure to comply they think nothing of shoving it off!!!!

robbed at oxford by owners
i made purchases from oxford bluff and upon getting home i checked my till receipt and realized i was charged for items i did not buy!<br> i called the store and spoke to the manager who confirmed that this was correct as he looked at the cctv system and did not see these said items but it was on my receipt and i was charged for it!<br> he promised to speak to his superior and revert to me which never happened!<br> i called the owner myself who promised to refund my full purchase on my next visit!<br> i later learned that this was not to happen!<br> i was robbed in broad daylight and the company showed no remorse for it.<br> i incurred further costs to my cell bill for the numerous calls made to them to resolve the issue to which is still not!<br>
