After many years away from camping, the time has finally come to get back into it and give my young children the ultimate experience of enjoying nature at its best. Upon arriving at Camp and Climb – Bellville, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable young salesman named Raylin. From the very start, Raylin shared invaluable camping advice and insights, quickly recognising that we needed plenty of guidance to make our return to camping a truly world-class experience. Over the next four days, we also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, JP, who, like Raylin, brought years of experience and expertise to the table. Both JP, Raylin, and the entire Camp and Climb – Bellville team went above and beyond to secure the stock we needed and took the time to share their remarkable product knowledge and personal camping experiences with us. Each time we visited the store, we were warmly welcomed by friendly staff who patiently answered all our new questions and helped us every step of the way, ensuring we built a camping setup perfectly suited to our unique needs. If you’re looking for invaluable camping advice, top-tier products, and a team that genuinely cares more about helping you than chasing sales targets, Camp and Climb – Bellville should be your FIRST and ONLY stop! To Raylin, JP, and the entire team, a huge thank you! You’ve made a dream come true for me and my children. You have become like family, and if we could, we would take you along on all our camping adventures!

I handed in a P7 Led Lenser torch at Camp & Climb Centurion (Byls Bridge shopping centre) on 03 June 2024. It was no longer working, and they were supposed to send it to the supplier for repairs. I called the store a number of times, over a few months to ask whether the torch has been repaired, and not once could they give an answer or find the paper that they took my details on. In the interim I visited the shop to check, and again they told me that they didn't have the torch back from repairs. Last week I called again, and was told that they would call me by Friday. I did not receive a call. When I finally got a hold of Siya today, he told me that they've already returned the torch to me! That I came to the shop & they gave it to me. And that they had been trying to reach me for a long time but couldn't. I confirmed that my cell number, as they had it is correct - I am 100% sure that they did not try to call me. I am not mad, I did not receive the torch from them, and I don't have it in my possession. Why would I go through the effort of following up if I had the torch already? Do they think I'm trying to get a second torch out of them for free? The P7 is an old model and is probably not even available for purchase any more. So now I am without my P7 Led Lenser torch. I purchased it a few years back but in today's terms I'm sure a replacement would cost far over R1000. I have blatantly been **** to by Camp & Climb Byl's Bridge. I can only assume it is because they actually lost the torch or misplaced it. Very very very disappointed

I wanted a sturdy tent that I could erect on my own. After the one I wanted proved unsuitable for a woman to erect on her own, Tercia at Centurion Camp&Climb recommended the Oztrail fast frame 4-man tent. He ordered it and watched as I erected it on my own. I recently used it for a week in the Kruger Park and it was perfect for my needs. I found it simple to erect, and very comfortable., and would recommend this tent to anyone, including women on their own. I highly commend Tercia for his excellent advice and very reliable service. A million thanks.
