I have been with the bank for quite a number of years. Of late between the last two months, I have been exposed to fraud. First time money was withdrawn from my account. I had to battle to get hold of someone and only after the 3rd email and a call yet again I got a response. O sorry mam you got to answer some "security" question, o sorry mam you failed (like I am in school!!!!!) all I wanted was some assistance. Lo and behold my card got blocked and was forced to go to one of your absolute useless branches because now I go to go and get a card there. If that is not enough I had just experienced a fraud call!! What happens???? Again a bunch of bull**** question which was answer honestly like the first time!!!! guess what sorry mam as a customer we actually feel a flying duck inconveniencing you once again!!! with our bull**** questions, we now again force you to go and stand in a row at one of our useless branches and wait to be serviced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered a wendy house from Royal Wendy's, the date was booked for 14 September 2020. By the 11th I have not received any confirmation from them, on phoning them I was told it is booked for Wednesday the 16th. Told the lady it is impossible as I made specific arrangements for the 14th. She became extremely rude and offered me my deposit back if I don't like it. Deposit refunded however I was short paid by R368.00, which I still have not received although I requested her to pay it back. If I could I would not even rate them 1 star!!
