I had simple problem - until they convinced me that everything that I had, had to be replaced due to DSTV (who changes everything so that it is not compatible anymore). It ended with an account of nearly R7000. The installer also refused to leave the premises unless I immediately paid the amount on an invoice (that they send through on Whatsapp). He continuously asked me to check if the account was received yet - eventually he stood hovering over me, watching me do the banking transfer on my phone. I felt so uncomfortable and stressed that I did the payment twice. Fortunately my bank flagged the double payments. I felt intimidated and abused. This installer is not above board, you are their ***gy bank. There tactics are unacceptable.
