Good Day,
I visited boksburg branch on sunday 19 May 2019. I visited with a part of 5 people and therefore asked for a split bill, which I was denied because that is against policy. Further I tried to use the entertainer app, and I was only allowed to use one entertainer voucher. The rules of the app specifically state we can use more than one discount at a time, per table.
The manager on duty continued to belittle us as if we were stupid and after showing him the rules on the app, he proceeded to tell us we were wrong and we cannot read.
Let me tell you, I do not appreciate being told I cannot read and that is unacceptable.
