I have received absolutely poor/shocking service from the owner and team of Solar Supply. I paid my deposit for a solar solution over three weeks ago and still to date they have not completed installation. I have been calling and messaging continuously but I get ignored and get a seldom response of we will get to you when we can. A week ago i sent the owner, Ewan Opperman, a video of something going wrong and I was completely ignored. Further, there has been issues with the partial installation received to date, I had no light overnight and there were many loose wires after their team had worked on my DB board. to date, promises made to complete my installation has been broken and the message is that they have other clients, and completing the service to me is less important. I would not recommend Solar Supply at all
Good Day, I visited boksburg branch on sunday 19 May 2019. I visited with a part of 5 people and therefore asked for a split bill, which I was denied because that is against policy. Further I tried to use the entertainer app, and I was only allowed to use one entertainer voucher. The rules of the app specifically state we can use more than one discount at a time, per table. The manager on duty continued to belittle us as if we were stupid and after showing him the rules on the app, he proceeded to tell us we were wrong and we cannot read. Let me tell you, I do not appreciate being told I cannot read and that is unacceptable.
