Capital Craft - Bad service delivery

On our arrival home we notice part of take-aways was not included in the bag.

We contacted the store immediately and were given the option for a refund or a voucher. We opted for the voucher to get a reason to visit them again, nearly two weeks gone by without the voucher as promised. My enquiry is been ignored so I take it that we wont see either option.
