How disappointing!
On Sunday 9 July we visited for a quiet beer and grub. The owner - Henk -and some of his buddies were sitting outside having drinks. From the look of it they have been there a while. Their language was appalling to say the least. After complaining it continued with no regard for other people. We are extremely disappointed as this was our happy place.

Their language was appalling to say the least. After complaining it continued with no regard for other people. We are extremely disappointed as this was our happy place.

Capital Craft - Bad service delivery
On our arrival home we notice part of take-aways was not included in the bag. We contacted the store immediately and were given the option for a refund or a voucher. We opted for the voucher to get a reason to visit them again, nearly two weeks gone by without the voucher as promised. My enquiry is been ignored so I take it that we wont see either option.

Capital Craft - Bad service delivery
On our arrival home we notice part of take-aways was not included in the bag. We contacted the store immediately and were given the option for a refund or a voucher. Capital Craft Beer Academy @menlo park
My boyfriend and I decided to visit @capital craft Menlo Park since he had a great time at the one in centurion. Upon arrival there is a board that clearly states "wait to be seated" we waited, and waited but we see people who came after us go in so we decide to go in. Just as we about to go in a waitress comes and takes us the our table. We sat and bounded on the menu then soon after our waiter came, he was quiet helpful. We ordered our drinks and about 5 minutes later we get them. So at this point this makes up for the time we waited at the doors, so we get a bit excited that maybe the service isn't that bad. The drinks were great, had my hopes really high, and the bar tender was amazing. Checked up on us if we were happy with the drinks. My boyfriend ordered a medium steak and I ordered the No Bro burger and asked for the patty to be a medium. 20 minutes later the food arrives and disaster follows suit. A gallop of feta cheese was placed on the mushrooms sauce, i could make at least 7 burgers with that feta cheese which over powered everything with the salt. As I was dealing with the feta, the bacon was hard, not crispy but hard and my patty was far from a medium. It was a well and a dry one at that. While my bf was laughing at me, he encountered the rawness of the steak and the lack of seasoning make it even more unbearable to eat. None the less the drinks, chips, onion rings roasted potatoes and vegetables were great.

Poor customer care and CPA violations
I would have given this restaurant a 5 star rating from my previous experiences there as the food is excellent and the vibe is decent, but after my last dining experience,I'm deeply disappointed. A 1 star rating is already being generous. The customer service is absolutely horrendous! After being given the wrong bill that was almost double our own, my family was made to pay this after an argument with management as the other table (who'd been given our significantly lower bill) had paid a lesser amount and left. This was not our fault and the shortfall should not have been passed on to us as the customer - which might I add is against the Consumer Protection Act! You will most definitely never see my face in your establishment again, and I shall never recommend your restaurant to another friend or family member.

Very bad service @ Capital Craft Menlo Park
I booked a table at Capital Craft Menlo Park on 19th June for 17H00, when I arrived, the waiter at the door gave very poor service to where the seats are and the smoking area. She told me to go to there is already people. I on the other hand had no clue to where it was. She didn't walk with us to show where it is. As for our guy waiter that we had, very rude!! I don't know how you expect to make money with this pandemic with such a poor no customer service attitude. And then we wonder why they don't appreciate what they have. We even gave a debt tip just to prove we're better. Hope they sort out their ****ty employees with their ****ty attitudes. Poor customer service leads to no business at all.

Good beer and food at Capital Craft Menlopark
The beer is good and the ribs and jalapeño poppers are fantastic. I love the atmosphere; the annual beer festival has also become an event I really look forward to. I recommend both the Menlopark joint and the festival.

Arrived, stood around looking like confused *****s until we were eventually seated and that was also the last we saw of the waiting staff. Apparently they had better things to do so we left after about 15 mins of waiting for someone to take our drink order.
