I booked a table at Capital Craft Menlo Park on 19th June for 17H00, when I arrived, the waiter at the door gave very poor service to where the seats are and the smoking area. She told me to go to there is already people. I on the other hand had no clue to where it was. She didn't walk with us to show where it is. As for our guy waiter that we had, very rude!! I don't know how you expect to make money with this pandemic with such a poor no customer service attitude. And then we wonder why they don't appreciate what they have. We even gave a debt tip just to prove we're better. Hope they sort out their ****ty employees with their ****ty attitudes. Poor customer service leads to no business at all.
