Went to McDonald's at Irene mall and received bitter customer service with the fact that there's no cool drinks available but they still force you to pay for it
Went to McDonald's at Irene mall and received bitter customer service with the fact that there's no cool drinks available but they still force you to pay for it. There was no notice boards or anything to advise customers on arrival.

I went to Starbucks menlyn main and experienced bad service after waiting for 15min. I had to bring to their attention that they forgot one drink I ordered. After receiving it, it wasn't exactly what it was supposed to be. After giving a decent amount tip I receive this service. Very dissatisfied

After having a very nice safari experience with Gibson and being served in a well mannered way by William the restaurant manager just blew the bubble with his non welcome attitude
After having a very nice safari experience with Gibson and being served in a well mannered way by William the restaurant manager just blew the bubble with his non welcome attitude. We know the amount of hours they work and that's why we try to be nice towards them but you need to treat your guests with respect as well

Very bad service @ Capital Craft Menlo Park
I booked a table at Capital Craft Menlo Park on 19th June for 17H00, when I arrived, the waiter at the door gave very poor service to where the seats are and the smoking area. She told me to go to there is already people. I on the other hand had no clue to where it was. She didn't walk with us to show where it is. As for our guy waiter that we had, very rude!! I don't know how you expect to make money with this pandemic with such a poor no customer service attitude. And then we wonder why they don't appreciate what they have. We even gave a debt tip just to prove we're better. Hope they sort out their ****ty employees with their ****ty attitudes. Poor customer service leads to no business at all.
