On our arrival home we notice part of take-aways was not included in the bag. We contacted the store immediately and were given the option for a refund or a voucher. We opted for the voucher to get a reason to visit them again, nearly two weeks gone by without the voucher as promised. My enquiry is been ignored so I take it that we wont see either option.
Thursday there was NO connection, connection came back later that afternoon with a pathetic 0.9Kbps speed. I tried my best to get hold of someone at telkom but until today they dont reply on emails, phones cut off due to not answering, even the facebook responce is non-existing. "Buy a telkom product and stuggle to get service!!"
<p>I did an upgrade early November. After calling the brooklyn branch a couple of times to confirm the changes was not made. I refuse to pay the difference. Waht are you doing there????</p>
