Good day Likho Manciya, Thank you very much to you and fellow colleagues for your professional assistance in resolving the challenge that I have encountered as a result of a debit order date change that have resulted in debit order returned as unpaid and policy lapsing. Thank you very much for reinstating the policy and the goodwill gesture wavering the premiums for 3 months. Much appreciated. Please keep up the good work.
