****roaches infestation at Cappuccinos Blue Hills

I am a regular at Cappuccinos Blue Hills. I use the restaurant as my second office. Meaning I spend a significant amount of time at the restaurant. However, my visits to the restaurant are daytime.

This evening (25 Feb 2025), I decided to do some work from the restaurant and not home. The number of ****roaches I saw at night was scary and disappointing.

I confronted the manager about the issue, though being apologetic, was aware of the issue. Based on his explanation, fumigation is ineffective.

To the management of this Cappuccinos and others ensure that the resturants are cleaned properly.

Needless to say, you have lost me as a customer.
