I am a regular at Cappuccinos Blue Hills. I use the restaurant as my second office. Meaning I spend a significant amount of time at the restaurant. However, my visits to the restaurant are daytime. This evening (25 Feb 2025), I decided to do some work from the restaurant and not home. The number of ****roaches I saw at night was scary and disappointing. I confronted the manager about the issue, though being apologetic, was aware of the issue. Based on his explanation, fumigation is ineffective. To the management of this Cappuccinos and others ensure that the resturants are cleaned properly. Needless to say, you have lost me as a customer.
On the 1st of October I email Supersonic after realising that my bill moved from R675 to R779. I paid Supersonic extra to make up for the deficit. I also realised that my funds have not been allocated to my account. I have tried to get hold of Supersonic by Phone and WhatsApp, I have no luck with getting hold of anyone from Supersonic I have been making regular payments to Supersonic.
I had to cancel my warranty insurance due to the vehicle being written on. The gentleman that cancelled the policy. I would like to say thank you for the experience and conversation. Sadly, my phone battery died before I could thank him. @ousurance, please call me so that I can thank the gentleman.
I logged a claim on the 5th of August 2024. After being involved in a car accidents on the morning in the 4th early hours of the 4th of August. 4th August accident - The accident was due to Kudu running across the road. Time - around 00:50. Nedbank left me stranded in the middle of nowhere in the early hours of the morning stating that "family run" was not included in my insurance. At the time of taking out the insurance, Nedbank did not state family run as an exclusion or requirement. In my 20+ years on being insured, my family was was never an exclusion. All insurers have stated that they will get me home safely. Nedbank requested information on the 6th from the current insurer. The required information was sent on 7th. The agent on the call stated that I will have feedback on the 12th. The same information that was sent on the 7th was resent on the 12th. I called to confirm receipt of the information, and no one at Nedbank Insurance could confirm. On the 14th of August, I was told that the claim was sent to a senior assessor, who will give feedback on the 19th. On the 14th, I was told that a specialist investigator has been appointed. I called Nedbank on the 19th. Following up and I was told I will be contact on the 23rd. I called on the 23rd and I was told the 27th. I called on the 27th I am told the 30th. In summary, no feedback on any investigation report or status of the claim.0
The insuared property was broken into in the 25th of October 2022. I tried calling the insurance to logde a claim. On the 27th OCT I registered the claim online REF: C-20902668. I sent a follow up email in the 1st Nov 2022. No one has gotten back to me. On average I am on hold for about 10 minutes, then the call disconnects. Someone by the name of Katlego answered last Friday (4 October 2022) at about 11:00, while registering the claim the call ended. Katlego did not call back. I have not been able to get through since. I received an email from Discovery stating the below: """"Due to the non-payment of R520.74, we have listed your name with TransUnion credit bureau. This listing could adversely affect your credit record in respect of any credit facilities you I have currently have or apply for and may affect applications for employment."""" Discovery called once in Aug 2021. I requested that the out standing Covid Dr's fees be paid prior to me settling the fee. In addition Discovery promised to send a statement and letter explaining why I have outstanding fees upon cancelation of the Medical aid. This has not happened. The Last communication with Discovery was in Aug of 2021. I am yet receive a call from DISCOVERY. NEVER USE DISCOVERY. ITS A SCAM
I have waited the day for a delivery that never arrived. I moved meetings around to accommodate the delivery. The delivery did not come. at 17:35 I receive a message that states I was unreachable. The statement I was unreachable is utterly not true. @Takealot when will the delivery arrive?
I have been trying to cancel my Insurance for the past three (3) months. I called numerous times. On average I hold for more than 30 minutes holding for the cancellations department. I eventually sent a cancellation email. The first two emails had no response. Upon sending the third email, I received an email with ref C-12280841, this was 8 days after sending the email. I need confirmation of cancellation as I have postponed with my new insurer for three months
In 2016 (FEB) I called my subscription with Netstar. In 2016 (Mar) I resent the cancellation email for all services. In 2017 (Feb) I called to cancel my subscription In 2018 (Aug) I called to cancel my subscription In 2020 (FEB) I sent through another cancellation email. In 2020 (July) I called to cancel my subscription. The above mention times I have called and email to cancel my subscription. The consultants. I am told its Society and Road cure subscription. I have never subscribed for these services. Netstar cannot produce evidence of subscription. I have been told the service is cancelled yet I am billed for the services. I have requested a refund from the date of initial cancellation 2016 cancellation. The consultants have said someone will get back to me to date no one has.
