A very bad and expensive services u can get uself into. Sesi Dikeledi will call you just to ask if the pots are still working well but you will pay for that call😫imagine iv never ask for a call but i will have to pay for it. Not recommended at all.

About a year or two ago, I bought items from Capri on installment. From the start, they demanded payment even before fully delivering my items. Only after I complained did the manager assure me delivery would be completed before I paid. I have since paid almost the full account and should be fully up to date with installments. However, when applying for a credit card, I discovered Capri failed to load my payments for over three months, and TransUnion now reflects me as three months behind. Capri refuses to assist, claiming shareholder issues between South Africa and Namibia prevent them from accessing Namibian systems, and they have been instructed not to communicate with their Namibian counterparts. As a result, my credit card application was declined, and the credit record I worked hard to build has been damaged by Capri’s negligence. This is unacceptable, and I am highly disappointed that a company entrusted with financial accounts would show such disregard for customers.

Very poor customer service. The customer service agent are very rude they even hang up calls when you seek for clarity. They say accounts are interest free and claim I have missed a payment just to increase the interest. They don’t want to admit they are wrong and investigate the issue…they don’t have any proper answers to the questions apart from a policy which we never receive from their sales agents.

Great customer service received by Zandile Ngwenya, she was amazing. She kept me calm as I was furious about my delivery and she gave assurance that it will be delivered, my order was delivered that week. ❤️🤭 Kudos to you baby girl.

worse experience when I first bought their products they told me it was interest free, few months later made a 10k deposit to their account, and missed that month's payment, and continued with my 700 installment, few months later they add interest on the account saying couse I missed a payment, they charged me 1700 for missing 700 payment after paying them 10000. this company is a rip-off

Very disappointed with the company, they need to fire everyone from the account departments, I bought their products on credit and they keep on deducting and adding interest on my account which was interest free in the first place. I missed one payment due to their own technical difficulties in the second month of my account and I was told that if I make payment my interests will be cleared, I did that, however the interest charges are still there. I think this is their strategy to add interest on their customers accounts because if it’s a debit order this should not be an issue.I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this company they will ruin your credit score that you work hard for, they don’t answer calls and respond to email. Even if you request for statement you will get it until such time when they finally send you and you will be shocked by the transactions. They just want to keep deducting from old customers instead of marketing their poor quality products for new customers.

I bought pots from Capri Exclusive in 2020 and payment was done via debit order for a period of 24 months, paid my account on record time and received paid out letter in October 2022. Recently found out that I missed 7 payment and this is affecting my credit record. Their landline is not working. I tried what's app but they are still not responding
