Called in to the call centre regarding my home loan account Very disappointed at ABSA BANK I have a home loan account with ABSA it had an advanced amount of about R30000+ when I went in to my account to request for the money I found that the advance amount is no longer available it shows 00 was not informed of why they were removing it no communication was sent to me as client and I did not request for the amount to be capitalised,for the funds not to be available it means it was capitalised without my consent,can I please have an explanation on why was that done without my concern and can that money be back into my account today ,as it was there as savings for samething that needed to be done today urgent,the agent I spoke to said she is unable to assist as she does not knw why the amount was removed the only thing she can do is log an escalation for me stayed on the phone for over 30mins did not get any answers on what happened to the advance amount
Started doing business with telegram and shein where a lady by the name of Iminathi was assisting me however ever since I started I have not been able to make anything withdrawal jst deposits and top up I am unable to withdraw my money Iminathi keeps telling me that I need to deposit money too up I have inform her that I am no longer interested can I pls be refunded my deposit money she is refusing req to speak to a manage or team leader she still refuses all she keeps saying is top up I have spent almost 35k in deposit but can’t even withdraw a cent this people are a **** be aware guys don’t fall for it
i regret joining this Shein through Telegram -i have made a countless deposit of up to 30k with hope that when i am done with my order will get my money but they keep telling me that i need to top up my account i have been doing so the last 1 was suspicious where they said i need top up with 40K to finish a order yet they keep telling me that i have over 100k to withdraw but they not allowing me to withdraw the money the lady assisting me is Iminathi and her use handle is @iminathi16 be aware of this lady this whole thing is a **** i have lost over 30k with no returns just deposits that i have to make only been asking her to cancel the whole thing and refund me all the money i have deposited into the account as i have not withdrawn anything but she is refusing to so keep saying she will ask the them to pack my order so i can finish it i know you looking for commission as well on this but what you doing Iminathi is not fair i have asked you countless times to please pay me back all the money that i have deposited and you keep the commission that was meant for me because i am not interested any more but you refused to do she is still refusing the only she cares about is me deposing same money into the account to clear god knows what i really regret should have listened to my mother when she said don't try this its a **** she was real who am i gone cry to now all my salary gone today and have nothing to show for it expect for Iminathi keep telling me make deposit top up guys be vigilant don't be a fool like me and loose your money over nothing
Bought a rougher on the 12 of April was told it takes 24hrs to be activated it’s been 2weeks now it’s still not active and everything time I call I keep being taken pillar to post horrible people that are working there don’t have any information what is required in order to activate a router 2 full weeks with same time that I had paid for but not a actives I regret buying it
Ordered a router at MTN on the 12 April it got delivered on the 16 April quick delivery which I am happy about already made payment of 715 , however problem starts when I was told it will take 24hrs for the SIM to be rica 24hrs past then was informed that my application was not created that is why the SIM still not rica how can you issue a product to client without creating a application?no I am being told have to wait for another 72hrs for them to create an application which is not fair on me as client thy keeping telling me that it was sent to a department that needs to create an application and department does not have a call centre for me to call them so I can’t even escalate it further than that it’s going to be 7days this weekend with a route that I paid for but can’t use now I have to take out money from my to buy data double charging for me in 1 month
I paid the account in full and sendPOP for my account to be however made a mistake and over paid the account now thy are refusing to refund me lady by the name of Nicky told me that I can’t get my refund I want my money in this hard economy and the sad pasty I have been sending them e-mails this whole time thy keep ignoring me and not answering my mails
Even if u looking for a solution don’t go there company that will put you on debt review but when it’s time for them take you out it’s impossible u have to fight to be removed agents there are very rude don’t listen to the client that includes their team leaders he even hung up on me without providing solution to the mess thy put me in regret ever getting in a contact with u ,you suck and horrible and client service u should have 1 process as a company not 1 agent is say this there other is same thing different you ruined lives
Useless company ever may tracking unit was cancelled by u guys without informing me and my account my not debited for the past 6months now u come saying I owe you guys for the July what madness is that ?and I see that guys debtited my account with my with out my knowledge did not give u access to my accounts that is *****ulent I need my money back and stop this nonsense you doing
