I have cancel my contract to due poor connectivity, I have handed in my day to day rooter in May 2025 at Carnival City, the guy said he has cancel the contract and he will do rest of the cancellation
It is now December and it is still not cancelled or the rooter was not send to the department where they will check the rooter and then only it will be done about 6 weeks, and still I am getting billed for the rooter which I dont have and I have been to the store 5 times and still it is not fix, I called MTN head office and they said they cant do anyting as it was not returned by the store.
