While I empathise with the company's challenges as a result of Covid-19 and the lockdown, the non-existent lack of customer service is absolutely inexcusable. I have been waiting since August for a refund on my subscription to numerous publications that were discontinued during 2020. Various calls and messages left have been totally ignored. Following the company's website-based call - MONTHS AGO - for cancellations to be requested by subscribers in order that refunds may be paid out, there has been no further communication whatsoever.

Can not get a refund for 2 subscriptions from these clowns no response to repeated e-mails, effectively they stole my money by not providing what I paid for or giving me the refund I was promised. Stay well clear of this company completely dishonest and unresponsive, I wish them the worst of luck in the future!

I am very unhappy. On the 10th of August I received an email from Francis at Caxton saying that I had won a LG Veyron refrigerator and that LG would deliver it within 4 to 6 weeks. I have still not received it and Francis keeps telling me that delivery is being arranged. Somewhere along the line, someone is being very dishonest. Please could you follow up and let me know what is going on?

Swak

I received a subscription to Country Life as a gift from my daughter. During April 2016 I noticed the May edition had appeared on the supermarket shelves, but i had not yet received my copy. I sent Country life an email and by the next day had received a telephone call advising that a copy would be delivered. Not long after that I received my copy, delivered to my door. Yesterday I received the June edition and I have just received a call to check that I had received it. This is fantastic service. Well done
