I am very unhappy. On the 10th of August I received an email from Francis at Caxton saying that I had won a LG Veyron refrigerator and that LG would deliver it within 4 to 6 weeks. I have still not received it and Francis keeps telling me that delivery is being arranged. Somewhere along the line, someone is being very dishonest. Please could you follow up and let me know what is going on?

<p>I am under debt review and have been loyally paying and even increasing my payments when I can. Now that my personal loan is so close to being paid, they have started adding fees that were not previously charged and were not according to the agreement with my debt counsellors.</p> <p> </p> <p>Up until now, I have been bragging to everyone about FNB. I am a single mom struggling to get everything sorted out. How could you do this to anyone? Don't you realise that you are dealing with human beings and not just numbers on a pc or paper?</p>
<p>I also haven't received the prize that they promised numerous times.</p> <p>If they can't deliver a prize, who says they'll deliver an order?</p>
<p>On the 24th of November I called customer service and got the figures I needed to pay in order to cancel my contract.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />On the 25th of November I paid the full balance owing on my account plus my remaining handset fee and forwarded the proof of payment to Cell C Customer service, as instructed, asking that my contract be cancelled immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>See below. It says that the retentions department would call me within 2 days. No one has called me so I called this morning to query why it hadn't been cancelled. Your representative told me that I should have called customer service immediately and that he was worried because I received my top up yesterday.</p> <p><br />He also told me that my last debit order would be the 25th of December.</p> <p><br />I will NOT allow the debit order to be deducted from my account and will NOT pay one more cent to you. The account was not cancelled due to the negligence of your staff and I will NOT take responsibility.</p> <p><br />I have not used the allocated top up at all since I asked that it be cancelled and it's not my fault that it was not done on time.</p> <p><br />I want this contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY.</p>
<p>I sent an email requesting that my email address be removed from my ex-fiance's policy as I have been receiving communication regarding his and his new wife's medical claims, including gynaecology.</p> <p>I received a reply from Matthew Ramchuran saying that it could not be done because I do not have consent and "due to a confidentiality agreement with all our members."</p> <p>So they refuse to stop sending other peoples' confidential information to me. How intelligent...</p>
