Be Very Carefull with the misleading way in which these guys are doing business. Also operating as ONE CALL Locksmiths. I had to assist my neighbour in an emergency situation where she locked herself out of her room and had to get her luggage to leave for an International flight. According to their Website and the message I received from them afterhours their call out fee is R295 and then the technician will determine the cost on site, based on the material and work done. I thought the call out fee was reasonable and expected the rest to be the same. He came out , drilled the lock open and replaced the damaged plastic handle with an old second hand handle without any lock or keys. All of this took him about 15 minutes. He the wanted me to pay him R3600 which I refused. He brought this down to R2600 which I was still not happy with but had to pay since we had to leave for the airport and he refused to leave the premises without the payment. I've made the payment and then messaged the owner to express my dissatisfaction with the cost with photos of the handle and an advert of the price of a complete new handle with lock and keys and requested him to review and refund me. He never responded nor taking my phone calls. I was and am more that willing to pay a fair and reasonable cost but to charge me R750 for a second hand piece of the handle without lock or keys plus another R1596 on top of the R295 call out fee is in my view ridiculous. Don't mislead people in an emergency situation. Be transparent with your cost and don't advertise a call out fee of R295 when you know your other fees are not in line with what you shared upfront. Like in most instances with an emergency, I did not check the reviews upfront but looking at the reviews afterwards it is quite evident from other reviews on both Centurion Locksmiths as well as ONE CALL Locksmiths that this is the modus operandi in most of the feedback.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE BUSINESS. They are ****MERS, they sent their "technician" to come fix my aluminum door, he had no idea what to do. He didn't fix anything but they charged me R2500 for a callout fee and a panel he claimed he put. And he didn't even spend 30 minutes on it. When I requested some refund, not even all of it. I was met with so much arrogance and a straight out 'NO' I had to now hire another company and they fixed it properly for another R2500 that I had to pay. ALSO THEY GO BY THE NAME CENTURION LOCKSMITH OR SECURE LOCKSMITH. Also check the Google reviews shocking 🤯 I made the mistake of not checking before I hired them

Pretty shocking sevice! Discovered that they never repaired a mag rim which was part of the job and just swapped it with the spare tyre. Furthermore never calls back when you leave a message and delivered vehicle 7 days later than promised. Wint recommend using them at all.

The company will take as much money as they can, and then some more. When you call for a quote they give a call out fee of R380, when asked for the hourly price they will not tell you. After the job is done they charge R1200 plus R650 for the lock although I provided the handles for the door. It is a complete knockoff and really unprofessional to not give the price even when asked and then suddenly ask 3 times more than the call out fee. This is regarding Locksmith Centurion and not Centurion Locksmith

I phoned this number, they sent someone out and charged me R2600 for 20 minutes of work. A security gate was jammed he just had to open and replace the lock. This is a loose group of locksmiths, there is no accountability or place to complain. I would strongly advise to not use this website. https://24-7centurionlocksmiths.co.za/

On the evening of Saturday 02 January, 2021 at about 18:50 my wife was locked inside our bedroom. I tried to open the door but without success. I realised that there is nothing I can do rather than to get the locksmith.I went on google and came up with CLT Locksmith. I called and they promised to come over to help me. I spoke to a guy called Stefan Lock who claimed to be the owner of the business. His cellphone number is 0606498035. He then said that he will send his guys over. I gave him the address. Later I received a call from a guy called Jayy Strydom cell number 0718758469 asking for directions. I gave him the directions and ultimately they arrived. They then started working on the door until it is open. They then replaced the inside part of the door lock which malfunctioned. After they finished the job they gave me a quotation of R4610.00. They did not g9ive me the keys to the door lock and promised that they will bring the keys the following morning, Sunday 03 January 2021. I later realized that the invoice did not have my details as I want gto claim from the Insurance. I sent a whatsup to Javyy and he promised to send the correct one first thing Sunday morning. TRhat did not happen and I then tried top call him but the cell rang without beeing answered. Later I sent him a whatsup reminding him and he did not respond. I then called Stefan and he said to me that it is not how he does business and promised to follow up and would come back to me. On Monday 04 January 2021 at about 09:19 and 09:42 I called both numbers to find ouit what the problem was but could not get through. I sent text as well as whatsups to both men and they did not respond. I now sit with a situation that I paid a lot of money and these guys did not fullfill their promises. I believe that I was taken for a ride. I doubt if they are registered with PSIRA. I want to warn people to make sure before they let people inside their house to make sure trhat they are registered. I paid a lot of money but the service is not what they promised., I really believe that they are scammers and people should be very careful I was desparate to have the bedroom door opened. I hjave learmnt a very expensive lesson.

My girlfriend had her handbag stolen which contained her car keys. I phoned the business in question and they arrived. Tools of trade included a piece of wire that was used to open the vehicle obviously causing damage to the paint. This was not the worst. The amount totaled R3200 of which R2800 was for opening the car. In spite of the beautiful website, these guys are obviously not as professional as they make out to be. And the costs are absolutely insane.
