I locked my carkeys in the vehicle over the holidays. They sent someone straight away to resolve the problem. When the person arrived he helped us in under 2 minutes. What a pleasure and confidence it was to work with them. It was free of charge and you get 3 call out's per car per year
Good process to cancel. Was great when I was still there
They were fast and willing to help with my policy. Glad I am still with them for so many years.
Rehka Rampurtab was amazing and really helped a lot with the entire claims process
The company will take as much money as they can, and then some more. When you call for a quote they give a call out fee of R380, when asked for the hourly price they will not tell you. After the job is done they charge R1200 plus R650 for the lock although I provided the handles for the door. It is a complete knockoff and really unprofessional to not give the price even when asked and then suddenly ask 3 times more than the call out fee. This is regarding Locksmith Centurion and not Centurion Locksmith
I took my Ford Everest in to Hi-Q in Centurion because it rattled so much that I could hardly see the vehicles through the rear view mirror because of the rattle. They said that it was because of the pitman arm, as well as two tires that are working against each other. After the tires was also changed the problem was a bit less but it was still there. When everything was ons and the wheel alignment was done, they gave me a paper to prove that everything is now changed to the correct specifications, I asked why are things still in red and looking like that and they assured me that it is correct and gave a lot of talk that no normal person could understand. At the bottom however there stood that the pitman arm needs to be replaced. I asked about that and they replied sorry, that is the old paper and gave me the updated correct one. So they argued or explained why everything is fine and correct on a paper that first showed how everything is wrong and needs to be changed. They then referred me to another company as they said they couldn't help any further with the rattle, as that is for what I went to them. After asking why they charged me and changed parts but the problem still persisted they just said it had to be changed, and what do I know about cars to argue. I rather took my car to my regular mechanic and he said that they broke brackets of and forced the pitman arm in, and you should only change that if there is something wrong with the steering rack which is all perfect. But I am not a mechanic and do not know what is what, only that I want to keep my family safe when traveling on the roads. They probably only have sales targets to meet and do not care how they will meet them.

A Big thank you to Bridget Serite from Outsurance that helped me every step of the way and giving me the best price. Thank you
